California Hazelnut (Corylus Cornuta Var. Californica)

Corylus Cornuta Var. Californica, or more commonly known as California Hazelnut, is a tree shrub with green foliage and yellow flowers of the genus Corylus. It has a slow growth rate and a height of 15 feet at maturity. Its duration is perennial which means it will grow year after year. Its active growth period is spring and summer, blooms during winter, is tolerant of shade and is routinely available commercially. Corylus Cornuta Var.
