Idaho Frasera (Frasera Albicaulis Var. Idahoensis)

Frasera Albicaulis Var. Idahoensis, or more commonly known as Idaho Frasera, is a forb/herb (a forb/herb is a plant that is neither woody nor a grass) of the genus Frasera. Its duration is perennial which means it will grow year after year. Frasera Albicaulis Var. Idahoensis or Idaho Frasera’s floral region is North America US Lower 48, specifically in the states of Idaho and Oregon.

  1. The Idaho Frasera is quite at home at our place. I am an herbalist training to be a botanist and am very interested in its medicinal usages in general or historical as well as it’s edibility and medicinal qualities and constituents. If you have any of this information or other information on this plant I would appreciate it very much. I am presently trying to prepare a monograph for the Idaho Fresera.
