Northern Bugleweed (Lycopus Uniflorus)

Lycopus Uniflorus, or more commonly known as Northern Bugleweed, is a forb/herb (a forb/herb is a plant that is neither woody nor a grass) of the genus Lycopus. Its duration is perennial which means it will grow year after year. Lycopus Uniflorus or Northern Bugleweed’s floral region is North America US Lower 48 and Alaska, specifically in the states of Alaska, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Iowa, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Maryland, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, North Carolina, North Dakota, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Virginia, Vermont, Washington, Wisconsin and Wyoming.
