Triticum Turgidum, or more commonly know as Rivet Wheat, is a graminoid of the genus Triticum. It’s duration is annual which means it grows for one season only. Triticum Turgidum or Rivet Wheat‘s floral region is North America US Lower 48, specifically in the state of New York.
